Shipping and Return Policy: All items are shipped with full insurance for your (and my) protection. Items may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a full refund - excluding shipping costs.  Contact me to obtain a return authorization number.  You are responsible for repackaging and return shipping costs.  Item must be returned in the condition in which it was received or charges will be deducted for any repairs required.  Unless otherwise requested, items are shipped via UPS.  Note: "Free USA shipping" excludes FPO and APO addresses.

Payment is invoiced via PayPal.   You can use any major credit card or monetary instrument accepted by PayPal to pay the invoice.  A PayPal account is NOT required.  Please do not send money prior to receiving a PayPal invoice from me.  No items will be shipped prior to confirmed payment.  Sorry, NO CODs.

International customers, you are responsible for any customs fees or tariffs.  Include detailed shipping address and phone number when responding to the PayPal invoice as the USPS customs form REQUIRES your phone number in addition to a full address.  Note that since I ship primarily by USPS International Priority to save on shipping costs, once it leaves the USA I cannot track it.  If you need tracking info, specify UPS shipping instead, though it may be more expensive.  Residents of certain European countries and South America: based on my experience, you can expect delays of several months in receipt of your order.  If your order does not arrive in a timely manner please let me know, but be aware that no action can be taken until 30 days after the item(s) were shipped.  If you do not receive your order, please do not wait much longer than 30 days to inform me or the package will be impossible to track.  If you're in a hurry you might want to consider shipment by Global Express Mail, but that adds a significant amount to the shipping costs and is not available to every location in those countries.  Sorry, but there's really nothing I can do about the delays otherwise.  I will confirm the shipping costs before processing your order.  Please note that if you choose this option it is most economical to order more than one item and have them shipped together.
